Karine and Sébastien set up their farm in 2012 in a small village in the south of Aube, between Chaource and Les Riceys. Their farm is home to 3 donkeys, around ten chickens and 55 goats, whose milk is used to make their cheeses, yoghurts and a range of soaps of their own creation. The properties of goat's milk mean that the soaps are better absorbed by the skin, promoting deep hydration.
