Our Tourist Office is a member of the National Tourism Organization
We commit to :
- welcome and inform you in an easy access area
- ease your efforts
- give free information on the local tourist offer
- propose free WI-Fi acces
- publish the opening hours in at least two foreign languages
- open at least 240 hours a year, Saturdays and Sundays included, during the tourist season and during local events.
- reply to your mail all year long
- propose our services by our staff who speak at least two foreign languages
- offer paper tourist maps and guides
- offer acces to our website available in three languages
- print and publish tourist information translated in at least two foreign languages containing :
- all the classified tourist accomodation offers, their name, address, e-mail, website, phone number, and classification rank
- all monuments, tourist, cultural, natural and leisure sites and their entrance fees, opening hours, websites, phone numbers and addresses
- events and entertainment
- emergency phone numbers
- update yearly our tourist information
- publish the emergency phone numbers outside
- propose to all types of clients the entire qualified tourist offer concerning our territory
- deal with your complaints and measure your satisfaction
- respect a quality policy
- have a tourist consultant at your disposal
- ensure the reliability and the updating of the information on our local tourist offer.
